We are also not liable for interruptions caused by technical issues, viruses, communication failures, unauthorized access, or other unforeseen events.

6. Packaging & Shipping

We take full responsibility for packing products securely and dispatching them in good condition. Orders are packed carefully using suitable packaging materials to minimize the risk of transit damage.

7. Pricing & Product Availability

• Product availability may change at any time.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.

8. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
• A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value (excluding shipping charges) may apply for approved cancellations.
• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Order Modification

Once an order has been placed, modifications or additions cannot be made. If additional products are required, a separate order must be placed.

10. Incorrect Pricing

If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to an error, Creative Artistic Store reserves the right to cancel the order. Any payment received for such orders will be refunded in full. No cancellation charges will apply in such cases.

11. Delivery Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, or failed deliveries shall be borne by the customer.

12. Customer Information

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and genuine. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if any information is found to be false or misleading.

13. Payment Security

Customers must use their own authorized payment methods. Creative Artistic Store shall not be responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards, debit cards, or other payment instruments.

14. Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs charges, VAT, or taxes applicable in their country.

15. Product Warranty

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are sold without any express or implied warranties. In case of a verified manufacturing defect, our liability shall be limited to replacement or store credit only. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

16. Complaints

• Complaints regarding damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Complaints regarding products ordered incorrectly by the customer will not be accepted.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
