For products that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly for warranty-related claims and services.

5. Refund Process

• Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Requests made after the specified return or complaint period.
