At Creative Artistic Store, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy before making a purchase.

Refund or Exchange Policy

• We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products once they have been purchased, except in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or missing items.
• Product images, descriptions, sizes, and colours are provided accurately. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
• Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipping.
• If you receive a damaged product, a defective item, or your order is incomplete, please email us at creativeartisticstore@gmail.com.
• After verifying your complaint, an eligible refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Replacement Policy

All shipments undergo two levels of quality inspection before dispatch. Although damage is rare, we will gladly replace products under the following conditions.

• Replacement is available only for products with manufacturing defects or damage caused during transportation.
• Replacement is not applicable for damage caused by:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Customer negligence
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if they wish to request a replacement.
• The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, labels, and invoice.
• An unboxing video showing the unopened package and defect is mandatory for replacement approval.
• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase may not be eligible for replacement.
• Please ensure that returned products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Out of Stock Replacement

If the replacement product is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit Note equal to the purchase value. The credit note will be sent via email and can be used on our website within 3 months from the date of issue.

Products Not Eligible for Replacement

• Used or installed consumable items.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
• Products without original packaging or accessories.
• Products excluded under the manufacturer's warranty policy.
